Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, hijabs can only be returned if they are:
* Unused and unworn.
* Unwashed.
* In their original packaging with all tags attached.
* Returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different colour or style (subject to availability).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong or defective item was received.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided if:
* You received the wrong item.
* Your item arrived damaged or defective.
* Your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
